Message larger financial institutions. As a matter of fact, I think they're considered a non-profit organization. Either way, they retain their loans (mortgages, auto loans) and as a result, they have lending guidelines that are more lenient (and typically have lower rates) than larger banks that sell their loans on a secondary market.
